Program:
- Eagles greet the artists, pass out the declaration.
- Weedstock orientation by DC, DR Dee and Eddy Lepp.
Noon to one:
- Patient rights panel with Bill McPike, Chris Conrad, Richard Runcie and moderated by DR Dee.
One to two:
- Libertarian candidate for U.S. Senate -- Judge Jim Gray.
- Libertarian candidate for Congress -- Art Tuma.
Two to three:
- Injunction junction and the civil rights initiative. Panel discussion with same panel.
Three to four:
- Weedstock declaration with all available speakers in panel discussion regarding the Weedstock alliance.
Four to four thirty:
- Oath and signing ceremony of Weedstock declaration by charter eagles and artists.
Four thirty 'til it's over celebration:
- DR Dee and DC go bipolar.
- Miss Weedstock nation contest.
- Weedstock gong show.
- Wet DC for DA T-shirt contest.
- Best meds contest.
- Music and dance.
- Weedstock poet laureate contest.
- Weedstock arts award, best artist in each participating category.
- And more!
Small discussion groups regarding patient, caregiver, service provider and physician rights, and up to date legal methods and techniques to protect the MMJ community will be conducted on an informal and as needed basis.
Directions to Weedstock:
Weedstock is on a small farm in Winton Calif., located between Modesto and Merced and about five miles East of Highway 99.
From the South:
- Take 99 North to the "Applegate" exit in Atwater. It loops around facing South to a stop-sign at Winton Way. Turn left on Winton Way and go through Atwater and all the way through Winton to Mercedes Avenue, just outside of town. Turn left on Mercedes Avenue, go to 7683 (first house on left after you cross first intersection which is Jones Road).
From the North:
- Take 99 South to Keyes Road exit, just South of Ceres, which is just South of Modesto. Turn left on Keyes Road (East), cross the freeway and go approximately 6 or 7 miles to Santa Fe Avenue, which is just across the Santa Fe RR tracks (go figure). Turn right on Santa Fe (South). You will go through the town of Denair, then the town of Ballico, and then the town of Cressey. The first avenue or road you come to outside of Cressey is Mercedes Avenue (look for it, its a small sign) turn left and go about one and a half to two miles to 7683 Mercedes (last house on right before Jones Road).
