The purpose of Weedstock is to inform patients, caregivers, advocates, attorneys, physicians and service providers of legal techniques that are currently proving successful.

• DENNIS ROBERTS: Famed civil rights attorney will be on hand to speak and answer questions.


• RICHARD RUNCIE: Appellate Attorney for Defendant Myron Mower and Co-Counsel to the CA Supreme Court. This case gave us the roadmap.

We are also looking for any horror stories involving MMJ patients, caregivers or service providers for potential civil rights issues and to help toward developing a suit for a Statewide Injunction to Bar the unlawful harassment of MMJ patients, caregivers and service providers.

No alcohol please. Only bona fide adult MMJ patients may medicate. DC greenhouse patients will receive free "DC for DA" T-shirt and free meds while they last.
